User Management

In this section you can manage your site's users. See who signed up, create new users, ban, or delete them.


User List

You'll see a list of all registered users with this information:

Filter Users

You can filter users:

  • All: All users
  • Active: Users who aren't banned
  • Banned: Users who are banned

Creating a New User

  1. Click the "New User" button
  2. Enter the information:
    • Email: Email address (required)
    • Password: At least 6 characters (required)
    • Role: user or admin
    • Display Name: User's name (optional)
  3. Click "Create"
Tip

Users you create manually don't need email verification.


User Roles

RoleAccess
userRegular user - only accesses public sections
adminAdministrator - accesses everything

User Operations

Ban

If you want to temporarily block a user's access:

  1. Click the ban icon
  2. The user can no longer log in
  3. Their data isn't deleted

Unban

  1. Click the unban icon
  2. The user can log in again

Edit

You can change:

  • Display name
  • Role (user ↔ admin)

Delete User

Warning

Deleting a user is permanent and cannot be undone!

  1. Click the trash icon
  2. Confirm
  3. The user and all their data is deleted

Security Notes

Security
  • Don't give admin role to unnecessary people
  • Quickly ban suspicious users
  • Regularly check the user list
